Happy Mother’s Day to all of you moms, grandmas, aunts, and friends of NNCC! You all hold a very special place in the hearts of our children. May you enjoy a day of relaxation and love, well deserved!

Next week, May 7-11, we will be celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week. A big thank you to our teachers and staff at Nano Nagle for all they bring to the lives of our children. They are truly the heart of our center with their love and dedication day in and day out. I often get asked what sets our program apart from others and my answer is always, our sense of community. I truly believe this begins with our staff. They are an integral part because they understand and believe in the importance of a partnership with our families. Thank you, thank you!

We are excited to celebrate the families of Nano Nagle May 21st-May 25th .  Without you and the wonderful trust and support, Nano Nagle wouldn’t be a great community! Please plan on joining us Thursday  May 24th at 8:45 a.m. for a short prayer and program by the children followed by treats! If your child is 2 yrs and older, please have them to the center, in their classroom by 8:30. Ms. Michelle’s class will gather at Nano also. The program and treats should last no longer than hour. You are welcome to invite family and friends.  Please let us know if you will not be attending.

Continue to check the Saint Vincent website for upcoming events in May as well as summer a few summer activities.

As the weather gets warmer please remember to apply sunscreen if needed, send water bottles, and dress children in appropriate clothing and shoes. We do spend a lot of time outside and the children need to be comfortable, able to run in the wood chips and get dirty while learning about our world!
